Let’s make 2 fingertip towels using variegated yarn and the 8-shaft Color-and-Weave pattern called Houndstooth! This fun color-and-weave effect shows up when you choose a dark and light yarn and use it for both warp and weft. The variegated yarn can be either the dark or the light yarn depending on what solid color you pair it with. The towels weave up quickly on an 8-shaft loom.

- 2 towels. Finished size: 5” x 21”
- 8-shafts.
- Width in reed: 18”, 20 EPI, 22 PPI
- 8/2 unmercerized cotton yarn.
Equipment Needed:
- 8-shaft loom
- 10-dent Reed. 20 EPI, 22 PPI
- 2 shuttles, 2 bobbins
Yarn Needed:
- 6 oz of 8/2 variegated unmercerized cotton yarn (Limette Combo)
- 7 oz of 8/2 solid unmercerized cotton yarn (Natural White) or other color of 8/2 unmercerized cotton yarn
