Domestic Shipping

Continental United States

We ship primarily by UPS Ground and US Priority Mail within the Continental United States. Packages under 2 lbs are shipped via Priority Mail, although we may ship some heavier packages by Priority Mail. If you prefer shipment by a different method, please let us know.  Our warehouse is located in Fruitland, Idaho, so you can estimate how long packages will take to arrive at your door.  We have added first class shipping for small, light packages.  Please be aware that this option comes with no tracking, and can take up to 2 weeks to deliver depending on weather conditions or the whimsy of the postal pixies.  Once the package leaves our warehouse via first class mail, you assume all risks for the package.  If you need tracking information, please choose Priority Mail.

We try very hard to keep shipping costs down so you pay for more yarn and less shipping.  To accomplish this, we have both the UPS and USPS shipping calculators attached to our shopping cart get you the most accurate shipping rates.  If we find that these calculators charged you $5 (or more) than what we pay for shipping the package to you, we will promptly refund the excess to your credit card or PayPal account.

Please be aware that package theft can be a problem, especially during holiday times.  Once a package has been delivered to the address on the order, we cannot be responsible for it’s safety.  We can require a signature on your package for an additional fee.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii, unless you prefer a different carrier. Rates are based on published Priority Mail rates plus $1.00 S&H. Check the shopping cart for the current rates.
