Color Isolators

When you want to look at specific colors or sections of a color gamp, you need to mask the surrounding colors.  Two L-shaped pieces of white paper make perfect color isolators.  To use them, overlap the L-shaped pieces, and lay them on top of the fabric.  This will create a white square with the fabric you want to view in the middle.  You can see more information about using the isolators in our blog post on how to use a color gamp.

We have made a template to download if you would like to use a set.  You can click here to view and print the downloadable file.  Print on plain paper or on cardstock for a more sturdy set.
