Au Natural Towel Kit

American Maid Wash Cloths

Looking for a quick project to make for gifts or to give yourself a little indulgence?  How about everything you need to make ten soft washcloths?  We have included instructions to make these wash cloths on either a rigid heddle loom or a 4-shaft loom.  The wash cloths are made with natural white as the warp, and all five colors for the weft. The finished sizes of the washcloths are approximately 10” x 10”.   This kit comes with all the yarn you will need to make 10 wash cloths.

Gray Matter Scarves

Make two scarves, one for you, and one for a friend.   All the mercerized yarn and instructions to make two scarves that shift through 7 shades of gray from white to black. The finished size of each scarf is approximately 8” x 60” plus 4” fringe on either end.  The texture of the scarves is made by using a 3-shaft pattern (with use of a pickup stick if you have a rigid heddle loom), and the scarves are very soft and supple.  Listen to the Loon! Difficulty level is Beginner to Intermediate (One fish). RIGID HEDDLE KIT:  Included with the kit are instructions to make two plaid towels using a rigid heddle loom:  one woven in plain weave, and one woven in a soft pickup pattern.  The finished sizes of the towels are approximately 12.5” x 20”.
