Project Description: 

• 1 Gamp and 1 Shawl
• 36” in reed
• 5-yard warp
• 8-harness and 4-harness drafts are included

Equipment needed:

• 4 or 8 shaft loom with 36” weaving width (if you have a narrow loom, you will need to make the color blocks smaller)
• 12 dent reed
• 1 shuttle, 27 bobbins

Yarn Needed:

• 1.5 oz of 27 Colors of Tubular Spectrum™ mercerized cotton yarn

Now this is the Grande Dame of a color gamp!  27 of the finest Mercerized cotton yarns combining 20 bright colors with 5 shades of gray and black and white.  You have enough yarns to weave a functional color study, and a sumptuous shawl.  The shawl will ward off the chill when you head out to the opera.

The yarns included in the kit are all of the original Tubular Spectrum™ Yarns, a 100% mercerized cotton yarn that will provide many years of color in your life! Tubular Spectrum™ Yarns are incredibly wash fast, and  those bright colors won’t bleed into each other.

You will receive 1 cone of each of the following original Tubular Spectrum™ colors:
