Double Rainbow On-line Class with Jennifer Moore

January 9, 2021

Have you wanted to attend a workshop with Jennifer Moore and experience her amazing Double Rainbow technique?  Now is the time to participate in an on-line workshop with Jennifer!  You will be weaving in your home or studio on your own loom, and Jennifer will be meeting with you via Zoom.  It is so 2021!  And the classes will be limited to 20 participants so you will have lots of individual time to ask questions and get to know Jennifer.

We have 3 workshops available:

  • Workshop #1 March 8, 10, 15 and 17, 2021
  • Workshop #2 May 17, 19, 24 and 26, 2021
  • Workshop #3 June 15, 17, 22 and 24, 2021

Additionally, the 4-days format will be conducive to weaving your sampler during the workshop timeframe, because the class time is spread out over 10 days.  Each of the 4 class will meet from 10-1:30 Mountain Time.  And as you can see from the schedule, you will have time in between the class periods to weave on your loom.  It is a great way to take a workshop even while we are in the various stages of isolation during COVID-19 times!

Unmercerized 6/2 and 5/2 Cotton Yarns

Weave a baby blanket, a snugly towel to dry off after a swim in the pool, or any other of your favorite unmercerized cotton fabrics.  These economical yarns are good for lots of projects! Laurel is the only color currently available in 5/2. All colors are available on 1 pound cones.  Sett these yarns at 16 epi for lace weaves, 18-20 for plain weave, and 20-24 for twill weave structures.

The Sustainable white cotton is our own American Maid cotton yarn.  We have this yarn in stock all the time.  The other yarns are labeled as Goodbuy cottons and are mill ends.  We have a limited supply of these yarns, and will not be able to reorder them once we sell out.
