Replace the old-style J-hooks on your Schacht Loom with these heddle bar hooks. Moving heddles are a snap with these hooks, and you can eliminate broken warp threads forever!
These Heddle Bar Harbors are the hooks that Schacht Spindle Co. uses on all their looms now. If you have an older Schacht loom, they will replace the old style J-hooks.
The 4-shaft set comes with 8 Bar Harbors, and the 8-shaft set comes with 16 Bar Harbors. Each is 2.25″ long.
Each Bar Harbor is made up of 3 pieces: A bolt, a spring and a cap. After removing the old j-hook, you will need to enlarge the hole to accommodate the Bar Harbor bolts. The necessary 9/64″ drill bit is not included with the Bar Harbors.
