Woven Shadows Yarn Collection
This gorgeous shadow weave scarf was designed, spun and woven by Rebecca Winter and shown in Spin Off Magazine Winter 2025 issue! Woven on 6-shafts, this shadow weave scarf is a great way to use your own handspun cotton yarn, or if you don’t want to spin the yarn, 8/2 cotton is a close substitute. We have collected the sliver or yarn needed for this project, and you can choose to order either a sliver or yarn collection. The instructions are not included with the yarns or the EZ spin sliver. Instructions to make the ShadowPlay Towels. Designed by Master Weaver, Rebecca Winter, these towels use 10 colors of Tubular Spectrum™ to make colorful and exquisitely patterned towels. The Shadow weave offers a wonderfully study drape for these colorful towels, and the blend of plain weave and feather stitching creates a fabulous texture. 3 different treadlings allow you to create 3 unique towels. Available in Original and Northern Lights Colorway.
