Project Description:
- 4 Towels, 8-harness draft
- 24 EPI
- Warp length: 5 yards (Allows for 36” loom (thrum) waste)
- 19” in reed
Equipment Needed:
- 8-harness Loom with at least 20-inch weaving width
- 12 dent reed.
- 2 boat shuttles and 3 bobbins
- 10/2 Mercerized Bleached White Yarn: 3620 yards, 5/2 Mercerized Cobalt Yarn: 792 yards, 5/2 Mercerized 5 Red Yarn: 288 yards. Please note that “5 Red” is the name of the yarn included in this kit. However, throughout the instructions, we will refer to Red instead of 5 Red.
Contents of Kit:
- 1-1 lb 10/2 Tubular Spectrum mercerized cotton yarn: Bleach White
- 1- 8 oz cone 5/2 mercerized cotton yarn: Cobalt
- 1- 4 oz cone 5/2 mercerized cotton yarn: 5 Red
