Looking for a quick project to use the wonderful 3/2 American Maid yarns? How about a simple pattern to make ten soft washcloths? We have included instructions to make these wash cloths on either a rigid heddle loom or a 4-shaft loom. The wash cloths are made with natural white as the warp, and all five colors for the weft. We give you detailed instructions to make one wash cloth, and then you get to choose how to weave the others…there is enough yarn to weave 10 washcloths. The finished sizes of the washcloths are approximately 9” x 10”.
The instructions are designed with the naturally colored cotton yarns from an 3/2 American Maid™ sampler kit, one 8 oz cone of 3/2 American Maid natural white and one 1.5 oz cone of 6/2 American Maid natural white for the hems.
