An oxymoron? No, this is mercerized yarn that has not been bleached. It has a soft off white color and is exceptionally strong and smooth. Great for dyeing and painted warps. Perfect for overshot.

Natural Yarns of Color:
We blended FoxFibre naturally colored cotton with a soft white cotton for this affordable all natural yarn.

DEEP GREEN: a blend of 50% FoxFibre and 50% natural white cotton for richer color.

PALE GREEN: a luxurious blend of 87.5% natural white cotton and 12.5% FoxFibre for an economical subtle color yarn.

FoxFibre’s color deepens when washed, especially in alkaline soap. To see its deepest color boil a small skein for a few minutes. Sett 12/2 and 11/2 slightly closer than 10/2 in the same weave structure: 28 epi for twill, 26 epi for plain weave, 24 epi for lace or loose plain weave.
