Another Lunatic Goes to Italy?

          We're not sure what causes it, but Springtime seems to bring out the wander lust in Lunatics!  One beautiful spring day, our Tias, Mia, Maria and Nona were having their lunch; Tia Mia with a tuna salad, Tia Maria with whole grain bread, cheese and tomato and Tia Nona - well, Tia Nona had one of the great sandwiches of all time; grilled veggies, fresh mozzarella, basil, a drizzle of aged balsamic on toasted ciabatta.  Suddenly, Tia Nona threw up her arms and said "Enough! Life is not just about tasks, but about tastes". (She had just watched the movie Kate and Leopold again.)

          So before they could count to three in Italian, off Tia Nona went to Italy to take cooking classes, to bask in the sun and to discover the meaning of life. And, you guessed it, she hasn't come back yet. However, unlike Grandpa and Grandma Giovanni Lunatic, we do hear from her. She sends back tales of far away places and recipes for life as well as a great Puttenesca. Of course we'll share the recipes some time if you'd like. She is taking care of herself, something we all need better recipes for. The rumors of the adorable young Italian guy are just that. We wish her all the best. But Lunatics aren't allowed to go to Italy any more! At least not for a while....
