Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship primarily by Federal Express Home Delivery and the US Postal Service within the Continental United States. Packages under 2 lbs are shipped via Priority Mail, although we may ship some heavier packages by Priority Mail. If you prefer shipment by a different method, please let us know. We are located in Tallahassee Florida, so you can estimate how long packages will take to arrive at your door.
Alaska and Hawaii
We ship Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii, unless you prefer a different carrier. Rates are based on published Priority Mail rates plus $1.00 S&H. Check www.usps.com for the current rates.
Canada and Worldwide
We ship US International Priority Mail to Canada and other international locations. This way we have the fewest problems with customs regulations. Rates are based on published Priority Mail rates plus $1.00 S&H. Check www.usps.com for the current rates. If our webstore does not add shipping costs to your order, you will be contacted via email for payment of the shipping charges once we calculate the costs for your order.

Returns
Our Policy is always, YOU NO LIKA, YOU SENDA BACK! Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully picked, wound and packed. Should you receive an order with an error, please call us right away and we will fix the problem. Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for full credit or replacement. We will absorb all shipping costs.
If your order was filled correctly - including agreed upon colors on telephone orders - we will gladly accept your return. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders. Yarns on skeins, such as the hemp and tapestry yarns, will not be accepted for return if the skeins have been opened. Yarns sold by the cone in standard weight units, such as our Tubular Spectrum Yarns, must not have been drawn down.
No returns accepted after 60 days from the date on your sales slip.
All sale items are final sales. Sale items are not returnable or exchangable.
Sale of books, patterns, and magazines are FINAL. No Returns.
